Meads v. Meads, 2012 ABQB 571 [Canadian Court Case]

An Alberta court case decided back in September of 2012, written by the Associate Chief Justice J.D. Rooke, explains in exhaustive detail in this 185 page ruling, the Canadian government’s position on the “Freemen-on-the-Land” (and company) as adherents of the what Judge Rooke calls “Organized Pseudolegal Commercial Arguments” (OPCA). I think it’s well worth your time to read and understand where the Canadian statists are coming from; and yes, they mention the American “sovereign citizens” too [this document has been made available courtesy of].
